October, 31st, 2004 Sunday(1:31am....)

felt damn sleepy just now when watching wrestling on tv, but when i tried to sleep in the bed....can't sleep..cb....
not much happened this whole week in office...nothing but designs designs designs...
gym wasn't bad but not up to my own expectation this week. managed to go strong at chest...back day was kinda a rush, gotta finish fast and fuck off to collect my new lenses. and toking bout new lenses...$200 flies... but i still rowed my best of 2 3/4 plates for 5reps...
shoulders' day was i think 8/10...managed to go strong at military presses to 1 1/4 free for 5 reps all on my own..no spot no shit.
laterals were good too...25kg for 4reps...i was left panting like a dog....
dumbells shoulder press was good too, 30kg pronating wrists presses for 6reps.
then i missed the upright rows...damn.... becos someone was squatting on the rack..fuck, had to give it a pass and went to shrugs. again, as usual, i shrugged 4.5plates on smith.then i added a little something to my max-ot routine, a shock routine for traps. go down the dumbell rack from 30, 27.5, 25, 22.5 to 20 and up again back to 30. every pair of dumbells, 15reps. it was hell.
then came arms day... didn't had enough carbs i think.... didn't curled 60 but 55...was not feeling good man...but triceps pushdown was better, 120lbs again for 6-7reps...
max-ot cardio the past week wasn't bad either. 16mins, 300+calories burned, tons of sweat....
would be more intense on cardio the following week...
went out with a couple of frens insearch of a gift for ly's house warming...damn...i think this is the single day that we went in and out, up and down, to and fro, in TM and CS...i seriously felt nausea...it even beat a max-ot cardio session...by the time we got what we want, i felt weak, cold, sleepy and hungry...i want to faint....
then umm zhai tolo jit eh siao eh say got mei mei at ly's house...knn go there si mi ma boh..wah lan...auntie jit tua tu...cb....

didn't went to blast the quads and hams today. lowerback was still abit sore, thanks to the 3plates deadlift. i predicted that i couldn't squat properly with this stupid sore condition and decided to call it a rest day. not trying to find excuses for myself not to be in the weight room, but i hate to train with anything less than 100%. i don't wan to get involved with injuries. i know how a sore lowerback could hinder a ass to floor squat. but still i felt uncomfortable not training my legs.
would be switching routines and my diet abit. i would switch to 5days on and 2days off training schedule. i really think max-ot training need more rest. switching diet to a more high fiber, moderate carbs and high protein meals.
really sick off chicken and beef already, sometimes even when frying them i felt like puking. would be getting more MRPs to replace them and nytro-pro40 from ast seems fine. its known as a perfect meal....better than myoplex? maybe..need to try out first. would be getting them next payday i think..which is 2 weeks from now.
really need to do more intense cardio next week to fucking brun off those stubborn shit 'round my waist and get leaner.
hell, big hole in wallet again...would be getting a pair of new lenses tomoro. stupid eye needs special toric lens and thats why my lenses could cost up to almost 300!
lotsa stuffs that i'd like to buy inmind...new handphone...new watch...new tees...new specs....new shoes.... wah lan....money no enough ah.....

Still in the damn office...45mins more to get my ass outta here... had been quite a tiring day.
my lower back is gradually getting more sore from the deadlift from hell yesterday...nevertheless, i had a great back day at gym yesterday.
did 2 1/4plates barbell row for 5reps(improved)
did total 4 1/2plates t-bar row for 6reps(so-so)
did a total of 100 pull-ups(it was hell)
did 3plates deadlift for 5reps(it was my personal best so far)
Max-OT seemed a reasonable way to train for me.had been growing abit. constant overload of weights acting on the muscles is the key to freaky growth.
hell, i could even barbell curl a plate. i think i'm getting big.

had been freaking shack the whole damn week...not enough sleep everyday...not 100% of me at work or at gym...damn
maybe should try to sleep earlier. low carbs this week seems to show a bit of results. waist became tighter, shoulders look more cut, lats too! gggreat!
gotta start MAX-OT cardio next week, thrice a week...
back in the office, i finally managed to complete 1 of the 2 machines handled to me for designing work. felt half relieved...pheww...but next week wold be more shitty...more projects are coming in....knn.....
not a great day at the gym either...max curled 55kg for 4 reps only, thanks to the bad elbow again...fuck, the pain just come and go, come and go..fuck it. need to get more glucosamine and MSM tomoro. nevertheless i still fried my arms today, but took slightly longer. still hantam it the MAX-OT way and even supersetted.
browsed thru skip la cour's webpage today. man, he is an impressive natural bodybuilder. what he written and his philosophy really psyche me up to train harder.

feeling fucking tired from monday till today. damn. don't know why but just couldn't really get to rest well. maybe its the stress at work. fuck. gotta finish 2 major projects at one go...
performance in the gym wasn't really what i wanted, maybe becos of the lack of rest, i tend to lose fire faster, or maybe its the lower carbs thats affecting me...i think both... but definately getting leaner in the abs area. dropped another 0.5kg, i'm weighing 87kg now.
however shitty was my workouts, MAX-OT training is no shit. i can't explain, but you can feel that you are growing despite the fact that the 'burn' generated are much lesser.
like today, i barbell rowed 2plates and went up to 2 1/4plates for 6 reps in the last set. the feeling was awesome, not like those high rep shit or cheat reps...
T-bar rowed to a max of 41/2 total plates for 7reps. it feels good too. then was chinning. did a total of 100reps. my lats bursted....
MAX-OT cardio is the next shit on my list next week as i plan for further cutting....

today is saturday.
and i went back office.
i draw and draw and draw.
very sian very sian very sian.
i seriously consider this saturday a pretty boring and shitty one. first, i went back to office where i felt i shouldn't. then i tot iwould feel better if i could get some tees at far east. shit. nothing happened. but at least, i've got lee priest's training video...hmmm... not a bad one.
felt fucking exhausted cos i didn't had enough carbs and protein the whole damn day out. got back home feeling cold and sick...quickly down some rice noodles and felt better...geez...
arms felt super heavy today after last nite's arm blast. all done max-ot style. i even broke my personal best by curling one plate, the last time was only a total of 55kg, now 60! it was really too intense, but i felty great after that. weeuu... got some new tear marks too! haha..the arms are really growing....

Fucking tuesday. seems to hate tuesday more than monday now. projects after projects and just got an extra huge arrow shot at me by my dear colleague for another project. why don't he just go fuck himself. sick moronic asshole. even tries to fucking boss around. yeah big ass bastard go fuck yourself, your hypocritism makes me wanna puke.
managed to vent all my anger on the bar at the gym. had a good solid workout and went to have my hair trimmed.
the fucking barber muct have gone mad today by shaving my sides too high. damn, i looked fucking funny.i just told him to shave higher than the previous time and he over-shot! cb.... my mum says i looked like a clown....*sob*....
just hope that the bloody hair grow faster....

October, 3rd, 2004 Sunday(11:57pm....)

had a mini gathering with my old time buddies yesterday again and it was fun. we had steamboat buffet at marina south and we ate tons....i couldn't help it..the food was too good...*slurp...*
as usual, we went to ktv after dinner for an insane session of wrestling and singing...and hell it was fun...hanging out with old time buddies couldn't be better! but i really felt tired when it was 'round midnite...my eyelids seems to weigh a thousand pounds...maybe my body had been program to rest by 11 everynite...that'll explain why....
went gym this afternoon, fucking get off the bus and it starts to rain like mad...wah lau..... had to run in the rain to the gym....cb.....
got into gym and blasted my lags...squated for 7sets..the last one i almost thought i would throw the barbell! but i sort of managed to keep my balance, tighten my lower back, squeeze my quads and hams...and rack the 2 plate bar...and my legs are sore...
grind out 3-4sets on the legs extension and 3sets on the leg curls...and i could feel my thighs popping....
finish my session with some triceps and went to buy my eggs, milk and fish at ntuc..... so happy...can have eggs again....
meal plan for next week would be yams for carbs and eggs, milk, protein shakes, chicken breast and fish for protein...would sorta go abit low on carbs next week to see how my body accustom to it...need to do cardio...*sigh...*

start of a new month again. time flies, really... its the final quater of the year...time just seems to past really fast...need to accomplish more things...but i need more time....*sigh...*
super free friday in the office, i had complete what i need to do by tea break, i was lobohing already! nothing on hand to do for the rest of the day! just tidy up some designs here and there....boring.... but i then i knew that next week a pile of projects would be handled to me....geez....
went to gym to fry some biceps and triceps. it has been awhile since i pumped my triceps this sore...becos of the bad elbow....biceps was awesome too...really felt good and strong at gym today...one of my best arms' day.
