Project: Kuishinbo



exactly 2 weeks ago. the 'Dream Team' gathered and went kuishinbo for a round of food annihilation. been awhile since we gathered for food and chill. was fun catching up with everyone, knowing what everyone's been up to lately. everyone made it to this gathering, including err... leong joo a.k.a. ah pui... actually he's the one who suggested for the gathering as it was near hanwei a.k.a. t128h's birthday.

Results of the Olmypia '07

Cutler won it again. but not with an impressive physique. what a shame...

Jay Cutler. Mr O '07. smooth as shit. water retention. politics got him the title, not his physique.

Victor Martinez. great physique. but not so good conditiong. but enough to take the title from cutler.

Ronnie Coleman. Big Ron's last olympia. you could see what extreme heavy training and juices had done to his body over the years. Once a great great builder. No one can touch his achievements. No one.

Dennis Wolf. Another German builder. Some say he is the future. he is good. really good. but future? i doubt.

Mark Dugdale. I had to include him here cos he is one of my fav builder. Aesthetically pleasing. Great symmetry. pleasing lines and cuts. just too different from those mass monsters nowadays. Didn't place quite well in the O, but always a great builder.

lastly, this is our beloved German Freak Mass Monster Markus Ruhl, this would be his last olmypia too as he annouced retirement after the show. He would be always remembered for bringing those freaky proportions on stage.
